In contrast to many of her peers, Sage Executive Vice President of Sustainability Elisa Moscolin has formal sustainability training and has worked in the field her entire career. And in the past 15 years, she has been glad to see sustainability management mature and become more well rounded.

“I've had the pleasure to see it grow and go from a very niche role that took about 15 minutes for anyone to explain what they actually did to today, where it is a very well recognised position and has also risen through the ranks of organisations, as I believe it should,” she tells CSO Futures on a call.
