Rockwell Automation gets new Global Sustainability VP
Emmanuel Guilhamon, VP of Sustainability at Rockwell

NYSE-listed industrial automation company Rockwell Automation has promoted Emmanuel Guilhamon to the role of Global Vice President of Sustainability.

Guilhamon has been with the company for more than four years, working in the sales and marketing department, most recently as sales director, Strategic Account Heavy Industries.

Reporting to Chief People and Legal Officer Becky House and based in Milwaukee, he now leads Rockwell’s corporate sustainability team, working with internal and external stakeholders to deliver its sustainability strategy.

The firm, which reported global sales of US$9.1 billion last year, has a goal of being carbon neutral for Scope 1 and 2 emissions by 2030, and is committed to setting a science-based reduction target for all three scopes through the SBTi. In 2023, it established its Scope 3 baseline, at 15.3 million tonnes of CO2-equivalent.

"Since joining Rockwell, Emmanuel has made significant contributions to our business," said House. "He knows our customers and technology and is passionate about the critical role that industrial automation and digital transformation play in helping our customers increase resiliency, optimise production, and ultimately drive sustainability. His global perspective and expertise make him the right person to continue and evolve this important work."

Guilhamon started in his new role on July 1, and will soon relocate to Milwaukee from Paris. Prior to Rockwell, he was head of sales at Cysalys, a renewable energy startup. He began his career at Schlumberger and held multiple roles in engineering, field service, recruiting, and account and product management across EMEA and the Americas.
