Joy Lam joined global logistics company Crown Worldwide Group as ESG Director in 2023, and she has spent the last two years âsetting up the organisation for successâ.
As the first leader fully dedicated to sustainability, her biggest challenge so far has been to establish the firmâs carbon footprint, with a view to set emissions reduction targets. For a company of 3,000 staff located in 45 countries, and whose business is to move people, work spaces, objects and information across the world, the task of gathering emissions data is nothing short of monumental.
