As Group ESG Director at Crown Worldwide Group, a global logistics company, based in London, Joy has the strategic oversight of Crown’s sustainability agenda working closely with business heads and their designated employees to lead effective, sustainable, inclusive, and socially responsible initiatives, including an ambitious Net Zero plan for its operations in 40+ countries.
Formerly Circular Economy Director at the LEGO Group, she transformed the approach on sustainability and business models by setting the strategic definition and direction for circular economy, creating 2032 ambition and roadmap and delivering industry-leading initiatives.
Lee Adcock, Sustainability Director, Genuit Group
Lee Adcock is the Sustainability Director at Genuit Group where he leads on the group's sustainability agenda. Lee started his working life with Case Tractors and between 2005 and 2023 he worked in the steel sector including 12 years at a site producing stainless steel and 6 years at British Steel which included the development of their decarbonisation strategy.
Lee has a unique blend of industrial experiences covering automotive assembly, steel production and building products manufacture including polymer processing, heating and ventilation businesses.
